Season Launch:
Our first weekend training date is this coming Saturday (25th Feb) we hope that we can see you there. We know a few players may be unavailable due to commitments to University Nationals but have a great session planned to kick start our season.
Timing: 10:15am - 2pm followed by a refreshment nearby afterwards for those able to hang around.

Extra: Please be there on time so we can get through the content and play plenty of games. Bring enough water, both colours and snacks please! This venue is grass.

Training:
We will continue to train every Monday evening 7-9pm @ Leamington Rugby Club, CV32 6RG. Monday training will remain open to everyone, regardless of playing commitment.
Tactical sessions run bi-weekly the purpose of these sessions is to develop a cohesive playing structure throughout the whole team.
Alternating weeks, we will be focussing on developing specific individual skills critical to improving personal skills.

Our weekend sessions are aimed at those players hoping to compete with Lemmings at events in 2023 or looking to train competitively within the midlands.
These sessions will be focussed on learning and building systems that we will run and develop over the season at future training sessions. These longer sessions will allow us to spend more time focussing on building strong connections and a full understanding of our systems.
