At Lemmings we have helped to coach many junior players who have gone on to represent their country and play for GB as well as provided lots of playing opportunities for juniors and young adults within the area.

We have recently launched a bespoke training session aimed at those 14 - 18 with some Ultimate Frisbee experience.

How can we help?
We are a very proactive group and if you are new to Ultimate or have a young person group who would like to give Ultimate a go then please get in contact using our website.
Regular Adult Training
Our regular training sessions run every Monday 7:00pm-9:00pm at Leamington rugby club and we would love you to join us.
For those Under 18 We only ask you bring with you a signed copy of the Player Consent Form 2023 and Rugby Club Venue Specific Consent Form to your first session.
*Currently we are only able to take on juniors over the age of 16 years old who have over 2 years of Ultimate playing experience.
