Invitational Training / Closed Squad Sessions:
- There will be a few closed squad trainings throughout the season, these are designed to allow for more targeted training ahead of major events. Such as providing a gender split to allow high quality focussed mixed training within the correct ratios.
- These training sessions are designed to be additional to regular weekly sessions and will not count as a replacement for those hoping to compete with the club in '24.
- For players who are interested in joining Lemmings for training only, in these cases, there may be exceptions made to allow players to join for weekends only.

Tournament Sign Up:
- We will be again using the Sign Up Spreadsheet. This allows players to dynamically manage their availability and reduce the reliance on leadership to check availability throughout the season.
- There is space in the end column for comments. Leadership will aim to give warning to update the spreadsheet before selection but you are expected to update the spreadsheet to accurately reflect your availability.
- Please only sign up for events if you intend to play if selected as we will use these numbers to gauge team entries.
- We aim to enter at least 2 events to all events this year (If numbers allow), these will be a mix of 1'st and 2'nd teams and balanced teams to reach the desired goal.
